However the truth is, I strongly disagree with this technique, I just refuse to adopt it. why? Good manufacturers don't want it. It's not good for them. Enthusiasm is what drives this group. Masking negative emotions dilutes positive emotions. It might even question the veracity of your glowing opinion.
